Shipping Policy - Alhamd Organics

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns. Orders are delivered via Leopards Courier, one of Pakistan’s most trusted logistics partners. Remote and rural areas may require additional delivery time due to courier network coverage.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your Leopards Courier tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 to 3 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5 to 7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier load, weather, or regional disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000. Orders below Rs. 2,000 are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Alhamd Organics offers Cash on Delivery nationwide, so you only pay when your order arrives. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Delivery Process

A signature or verbal confirmation may be required upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, Leopards Courier will attempt redelivery. Undelivered items are typically held at the local courier facility for up to 7 days before being returned to us.

7. Special Handling for Organic Products

Our products, including Bone Broth, Turmeric Latte, Master Gravy, and Psyllium Husk, are retort-processed and shelf-stable, so they do not require refrigeration during transit. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage and preserve product quality throughout the delivery journey.

8. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, your order’s tracking number is sent via SMS. You can track your parcel directly through Leopards Courier by sending an SMS in the format Track [Tracking Number] to 8061, or by contacting our customer service team for assistance.

9. Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We work directly with Leopards Courier to investigate and resolve all delivery-related issues, and we offer a replacement or refund for confirmed courier-related damages.

10. International Shipping

At this time, Alhamd Organics ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is something we are exploring for the future.
