How to Cook

1️⃣ Prepare the Base

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the Master Gravy Base and sauté for 20 seconds until fragrant. Adjust salt and chilli to taste. Add 100ml of water and stir well to create a smooth sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer.

2️⃣ Add Your Main Ingredient

Add chicken, beef, mutton, vegetables, paneer, or seafood. Simmer for 10 minutes for meat or vegetables. Simmer for 6–10 minutes for fish or seafood, stirring gently. Cook until the protein is tender and fully cooked through.

3️⃣ Finish & Elevate

Sprinkle garam masala, fresh green coriander, and green chilies for enhanced aroma and flavor.Serves up to 8 people when paired with naan, rice, or parathas.

Storage & Safety Instructions
